On booking we take groups on daytime / early evening (school classes, clubs, kindergartens), as well as corporate events, outside opening hours. In 1958 Estenstadhytta built, a lot of work was done by volunteers. There was some discussion on the board about the building of road to the cabin to access the materials, but it was voted down. For those who was relatively young, it was unthinkable way into the forest. When there was only one option left: to carry materials from Tømmerholt to the construction site. It was employed as host would be responsible for all sales and serving of cottage's kitchen.
The first lighted trail was constructed in 1965 from Lohove. It was later extended to Stokkan Marka.
