Ungsinn

Ungsinn is a website that presents measures for child and adolescent mental health. A total of 15-20% of all children have such great psychological problems that go beyond their functioning. Ungsinn want to help children, young people and their families are offered good, effective interventions that promote good mental health and preventing mental health problems.

Ungsinn is a website that presents independent descriptions and evaluations of interventions for child and adolescent mental health. The website contains information that may be helpful in making important decisions about implementation, dissemination and evaluation of interventions. The website is therefore directed primarily at professionals and decision makers in the public services, but the central government, nonprofit organizations, families and researchers may also benefit from the website.

The detailed descriptions are intended to provide practical and useful information. The assessments should make it easier to find out about the proven effectiveness of the various measures are and how reliable knowledge exists about the effects. This website is operated by Regional Centre, children and young people - north (RKBU North), University of Tromsø, commissioned by the Directorate of Health.
