yogaRO was created in January 2014 and I am now in the process of course, yet one evening a week. In the future there will be more! If you are interested in enrolling in the next course so you can find more information about the next course of www.yogaro.no.

I think both making an offer office yoga to your workplace yoga + Saturday / Sunday yoga. It comes, it comes! :-)

My vision is to give others a good yoga experience where they know the RO, both in body and mind. Yoga can be many things, both powerful and strong, quiet and relaxing. This yoga as I instruct in on the quiet scale. We take hold of the basal, namely breath. We do breathing exercises and asanaer (exercises) that opens and stretches tight musklatur, which in turn helps to open your breath.
