DMCA Notice

eNorwegian respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. This notice explains how we address claims of copyright infringement, including under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), which we follow as a matter of policy alongside applicable Norwegian copyright law.

Filing a Notice

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on eNorwegian in a way that constitutes infringement, please send our designated agent a notice that includes:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are covered by one notice.
2. Identification of the material you claim is infringing, including its location (URL) on our site.
3. Information reasonably sufficient to let us contact you — your name, address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
6. A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Counter-Notification

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification including identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake or misidentification, your contact information, and your signature. Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original claimant; if they do not pursue the matter within a reasonable time, we may restore the material.

Repeat Infringers

eNorwegian may, at its discretion, restrict access or limit submission privileges for users found to be repeat infringers of others' intellectual property rights.

Changes to This Notice

We may update this DMCA notice from time to time; changes take effect once posted.
