GDPR Privacy Notice
Last updated: September 7, 2026
eNorwegian is a Norway-wide business directory; this notice is provided specifically for visitors in the European Economic Area (EEA) and United Kingdom, and supplements our main Privacy Policy in relation to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). It is not our primary privacy framework — see our Privacy Policy for that.
What We Collect
We collect only the limited personal information described in our Privacy Policy — primarily information you choose to submit through a contact, claim, edit-suggestion, or report form, plus standard technical data such as browser type and IP address.
Legal Basis for Processing
Where GDPR applies to our processing of your information, we rely on your consent (for example, when you submit a form), our legitimate interest in operating and improving the directory, and, where relevant, compliance with legal obligations.
Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal information, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us.
International Transfers
Because eNorwegian operates in Norway, information you submit may be stored and processed in Norway (and, where a service provider is located elsewhere, in that provider's country). We take reasonable steps to protect information consistent with our Privacy Policy regardless of where it is processed.
