Mellomrommet coaching og arbeidsmiljøinspirasjon

The space is run by Mona Elise Sten, educated diplomert conversation coach. Jobs with personal coaching and working inspiration in business contexts. Having worked for many years as a nurse in psychiatry, general medicine and quality advisor. Call Coaching involves teaching people to keep the target in focus even when the outside world, or inner stress and anxiety, do everything to get off course. This is a form of counseling that helps to raise the awareness of what is happening in the face of various crises, or when change is pushing. With increased self-awareness, the ability to choose the attitudes, tools and methods, are what prevents development revealed and transformed into opportunity and development. During the conversations you develop understanding of the interaction between yourself and the outside world, increasing your awareness of what supports and hinders a good and successful communication and development.

The space also operates as a working inspirer of tailor-made programs for small and large businesses who need to look at the work environment with new eyes. Do you need some inspiration in everyday life, simply contact us. Stress reduction, conflict management, value focusing, intention, meditation and simple measures to streamline everyday life are some of the things I like is close to my heart.
