Formerly known as Music Day Music Festival is a yearly free event the first Saturday in June which uses the open urban spaces to create a great music experience for city residents each. It was previously known as "Music Day" has many years filled the urban space with music first Saturday in June. There will be music from several stages and contents must be completed by both professionals and the city's diverse leisure culture. In previous years we have had both amateur and professional, blues, brass bands, flamenco, accordion, rap, dance and chorus, just to name a few!
On our Musikkfest need no admission, nor careful planning beforehand. You're as welcome whether you have read in our program and singled out Your highlights or you happen to walk by one of our scenes and pause to listen. When the chance for a new and exciting cultural experience even greater!
Music Festival 2014 will show a great diversity. In collaboration with a number of actors in the cultural life, we shall fill midtown music in a large and versatile one-day festival.
