User Agreement

This User Agreement applies specifically to business owners and representatives who claim, verify, or otherwise manage a listing on eNorwegian, in addition to our general Terms of Use.

Eligibility to Claim a Listing

By using Claim This Business, you represent that you are the owner of the business or are authorized to act on its behalf. Submitting a claim for a business you are not authorized to represent violates this Agreement and our Anti-Spam Policy.

Accuracy of Submitted Information

When you claim a listing or suggest an edit, you agree that the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you will keep it reasonably up to date.

Review Before Publishing

Claims and suggested edits are reviewed before they change a listing's published information or verification status — see our Business Verification Policy.

No Fee Required

Claiming and maintaining a listing on eNorwegian does not require payment, unless a separate paid feature is clearly labeled as such — see our Advertising Policy.

Termination

eNorwegian may revoke a claim or restrict submission privileges for a listing found to violate this Agreement, our Terms of Use, or our Community Guidelines.
